After months of looking everywhere, I moved into this apartment complex with the help of their lovely on-site manager Aurelia and I’ve been sooo grateful ever since! It’s so peaceful and quiet all around! Everyone is so nice and minds their own and you always see maintenance helping someone out! I feel very safe here and everything has been so easy for my roommates and I, we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lil place to stay!

I’ve previously lived here from 2018-2019 and ended up having to leave due to personal reasons, but as soon as I got the opportunity to come back recently, I jumped on it because this complex has been nothing but wonderful in my experience. but manager is always in everyone’s business she calls the cops for everything, there not even a fair warning is an automatic calling the cops for her. I’d be very careful with the apartment manager and don’t let her know your business. Either. Other than that is a great place.

Moved to Clovis here with my youngest last year in May. Moved my son first and I followed a week or two after working around my schedule with the move and transfer to location of my job.
Looked at many Apartments but this one stood out to me. Aurelia is one of the nicest, welcoming and helpful property managers I have seen. The apartment we got was very nice. Moving to Clovis from Arizona was a big change. Not knowing the area and looking for a safe place to live until our house was being built was nerve racking. Aurelia made it easy and assured us it was safe. She was right! Everyone is nice and quiet and the property is well kept. Nice lawn along with beautiful roses . I would recommend Cedar Apartments to everyone. You don’t have to sign a 6 month lease. It’s a month to month basis. Again Aurelia the apartment manager goes above and beyond to help ...

Very clean property, inside and out. Office manager, Aurelia, is accessible and attentive. We needed our apartment prepped and ready on a short notice in July and Aurelia made it happen. Maintenance supervisor, Juan, is an excellent, responsive worker. Both are extremely friendly and make us tenants feel welcome and at home.
