June 16, 2021After months of looking everywhere, I moved into this apartment complex with the help of their lovely on-site manager Aurelia and I’ve been sooo grateful ever since! It’s so peaceful and quiet all around! Everyone is so nice and minds their own and you always see maintenance helping someone out! Absolutely Love This Complex
March 8, 2021I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking! I’ve previously lived here from 2018-2019 and ended up having to leave due to personal reasons, but as soon as I got the opportunity to come back recently, I jumped on it because this complex has been nothing but wonderful in my experience. Aurelia is a great, caring manager and is the sweetest! Anytime there were any maintenance issues when I previously lived here they were always on top of things in a timely manner and took care of ...any issue. Just about everything inside the apartment has been beautifully remodeled and appliances are all new. January 5, 2021It’s very peaceful! With peers! but manager is always in everyone’s business she calls the cops for everything, there not even a fair warning is an automatic calling the cops for her. April 30, 2020Moved to Clovis here with my youngest last year in May. Moved my son first and I followed a week or two after working around my schedule with the move and transfer to location of my job. Looked at many Apartments but this one stood out to me. Aurelia is one of the nicest, welcoming and helpful property managers I have seen. The apartment we got was very nice. I loved hearing doves and other birds chirping outside. Neighbors seemed respectful and nice as well. Our stay was short but very nice made ...us Love this place more. We moved into our New house, but if I didnt Id still be there. Aurelia the apartment manager is the best!
December 19, 2019Moving to Clovis from Arizona was a big change. Not knowing the area and looking for a safe place to live until our house was being built was nerve racking. Aurelia made it easy and assured us it was safe. She was right! Everyone is nice and quiet and the property is well kept. Nice lawn along with beautiful roses . I would recommend Cedar Apartments to everyone. You don’t have to sign a 6 month lease. It’s a month to month basis. Cedar is a great property. Close to everything!
December 18, 2019Very clean property, inside and out. Office manager, Aurelia, is accessible and attentive. We needed our apartment prepped and ready on a short notice in July and Aurelia made it happen. Maintenance supervisor, Juan, is an excellent, responsive worker.
