March 11, 2019Townhomes are poorly insulated and very drafty. You will have $200/month electric bills trying to heat the place. Summer isn't much better as you can only open one tiny window in each room and air does not circulate. Owners are halfway across the state leaving decisions with a local "manager". They threaten to evict tenants at every little thing (I.e. 10 days late rent, unscooped dog poop, 10 days late utilities, unloading your car in the "fire lane" because you have to park half a mile away, ...etc.) There is very little parking and if you don't move your car for two weeks they threaten to tow you away. You will be walking distance from your car to your unit and neighbors all fight over spots. Appliances are ancient and owners refuse to update them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
