these are some of the first apts built that still stand. the piping in both buildings (there are only two) is so old that all apts constantly suffer back ups,stopage and overflows . management doesn't care about fixing things but they will raise your rent especially if you complain. i personally don't even have a heating system. if you have hot water it is so low on pressure that you can't wash shampoo out of your hair very easily . i feel the owners should be required to fix these things and ...
