too expensive for an APARTMENT, maintenance are constantly doing what they can with only so many people. You can tell they try.
New Management ((for the 3rd time in a year)) was helpful until we found a HOUSE for 200$ less a month and tried to explain the situation to management... Instead of being understanding and working with us on the LAST month of our lease she didn't. So I'm just sharing Everything weve experienced for the public's view;
upon moving in 11 months ago we had to have the bug ...
man on property treat the apt because of roaches and ants. No matter how much I scrubbed and kept things organized and clean the ants and roaches keep coming out of the walls and cracks.
We've had leaks from the bathroom ceiling since we moved in ((never taken care of because the leak was 'off & on, probably has mold by now..)) there was someone that tried to break in by kicking in our door ((called police and filed a report & all the apts did was SCREW the door frame back on)) our dishwasher has been broken and missing pieces since we moved in, broken vents that leak water as well, now the ceiling collapsed in a small spot over our kitchen and living room.... It's been since Saturday and they're saying it's going to be another 3/4 days at least. All I wanted was to be let out of lease on October 30th instead of Nov 30th but no... I guess I have to understand and I do... a contract is a contract... but they could've worked with us and they chose not too when it matters most.
I wouldn't recommend these apts, you can find a HOUSE for as much as they charge here.. hasn't been the same since the orginal owners left. JUST NOT WORTH IT.

Been living here going on 13-14 years! The staff here is friendly and the manager here is very courteous and nice! She takes time to listen to your needs and see that things get accomplished here! I’m very satisfied with the management here! Keep up the goood work

A wonderful place to live! The staff is very understanding, helpful, and caring. They have a great little playground and picnic area near the pool, great for watch the kids play while you have quest over and cook out. The grounds are always very clean and maintained, and with 24 hour service help you never have to worry about when you problem is going to get fix!!!

The Seagoville Cedar Point Apts is being manage by a good staff. If you don't won't be in the city area and like to be in a area that is quiet this might be the place for you.
