I have been living at Cedar Ridge Apartments for four years . It is very peaceful . Everyone is respectful of the quiet hours even on the weekends. Anytime I need something fixed in my apartment maintenance gets it done the same day ! Living at Cedar Ridge Apartments has been the best decision!

This is my first place on my own and they have been nothing but accommodating on needs. Maintenance men are good at fixing things when needed. Having two pools is nice. Neighbors are hit and miss but that’s everywhere.

Aparents are ok. My word advice though, if you are going to move in make sure you get top floor because, if you don't you get neighbors above you stomp on the floor hard especially late at night like 2, or 3 in the morning when you are trying to sleep. Other than that the apartments are okay just needs a little work is all. Managers are nice, and, so are the maintenance, as well. I just don't like the fact you have to walk far just to use the laundry room. And, other tenants need to be respectful ...

I moved in my apartment in July of 2020 and it is super spacious. I can have a normal sized table in my dining room and still have extra space to put something else in there. Closet space is very nice and management is understanding and will help with anything you might need. Definitely a great apartment complex to live at especially for your first!

Cedar ridge apartments are not the worst and they're not the best. They are located on the southwest side of town. The area is for the most part a good neighbor hood.The rent range from 450.00 for a Studio apartment, to 600.00 for a two bedroom. There is a one year lease. They have two pools here.There are a lot of college people that rents here. Half of the people are good neighbors and they other half are not to good. You may get results from noisy neighbors from the office. The apartments ...
are over 50 years old. The inside of the apartments are Texture walls to hide the cracks. There are no ceiling lights or ceiling fan except for one in the dining room. there not insulated very well. Your electric bill will be high. Constant bug problem. The maintenance do handle things in a timely manner.

This is the aprtment is position right in the center of Topeka. Perfect for a quick walk to Vias pizza for a bite, Walgreens to shop and Light of the World Christian Center across the way, if you are feeling religious. The manintenacnce and office staff are always professional, courteous and prompt. I have never had a problem hear that was not solved under 24 hours!!
