I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I have no complaints. I pay on time or even early and report anything broken Right away, and management responds right away. My neighbors are great not loud at all and pretty respectful. It’s all your neighbors tbh.

I lived here for about a year and a half and it was always unpleasant. I had neighbors who would deal drugs right in front of our ring camera and when we told management they pointed their finger at us which caused them to retaliate. After dealing with that whole ordeal we decided to finally move. During the walkthrough we were lied to and told everything was fine.. couple of days later they decided it was not and kept our full deposit and made us pay extra. The manager Maria is incredibly rude ...

Homeless people are usually around. Cat infestation but they want us to leave them alone rather then catch and release. Management sucks. Don't move here unless you really need a place last minute. Management makes you sign agreements and won't listen unless you sound like them. They try and charge you for anything upon moving out. During COVID tried asking for more time and got a response of "well the owner has been super nice..." When they actively tried kicking me out twice. Sorry was out of ...

Pool is not refreshing, it was always dirty, trash is thrown everywhere but the city won’t do anything because it’s private property, homeless people are always digging through the garbage, maintenance is rude, just an overall bad experience, paying way too much for too little.

This environment is quiet, the problem here is there is so many stray cats here, maintenance does not fix issues correctly within the unit. Property manager seems nice but gives a little attitude so I’m not sure if it’s actually real. Moved out last month because I just can’t deal with the cats running around everywhere!

I currently live here and I have had no problems. I’ve been here for about 3 years and I couldn’t feel more comfortable. Everyone has different experiences. For 2 years I was in an upstairs 1 bedroom and I had no issues. I moved to a down stairs 1 bedroom it was more convenient. The only thing is that you can hear the footsteps above you. At first it’s annoying but then you sort of get used to it. I suppose my only complaint would be the price. So far it has gone up every year and getting too ...
expensive. I’m looking for a 2 bedroom and I’m not sure I’ll be staying here. It’s a calm place to live but I’m not sure the price is worth it knowing there are other places close by that are giving a 2 bedroom for a much lower price. There is new management so I can’t say how the property manager is because they recently just started.

Cedar Springs is friendly and nice. The apartment itself is pretty nice also. I've enjoyed my stay here and having an onsite gym has also been a nice asset. Lindsy the manager is sweet and is always willing to help with any problems. Only 4 stars because I do tend to hear some slightly noisy people around 1 A.M. but it isn't too much of an issue because it's not like they keep me up all night or anything. Other than that, I really enjoy this place.
