Let me begin by saying look elsewhere, if your goal is to have outdated and shoddy appliances this is the place. If you want to have rediculous electricity bills due to how old and inefficient the rusted airconditioner units are, this is the place. If you like not having a lease and having your rent increase every few months, this is the place. If you want your car broken into, posessions stolen off of your porch, and management who might have a mood disorder, this is the place. If you think this ...

review is biased it isnt, its simply the truth feel free to check elsewhere on the web. Do yourself a favor, get an apartment with a lease and semi updated appliances.
