Maintenance and phone system poor
October 9, 2021Mom has lived there for 13 years and no one can be reached in the office. It’s always closed. Maintenance there is very poor. Residents have to fill out paperwork at least twice and even then, the problem doesn’t get fixed. The phone system is especially bad. Can’t get through often. Not good when you have an elderly parent living there.Review from Apartments.com
