I moved in here the beginning of November. There were a few minor things wrong like closet doors that maintenance came out and fixed within 1 to 2 days. I was REALLY impressed by that because last place I lived took forever to fix anything, and I guess that’s what I expected. Also the apartment was spotlessly clean on move-in which is uncommon in my opinion. I’m very pleased with this place and hope to stay for a good while. maintenance guys are very professional and leave everything clean and picked up and I’m just really impressed, especially as compared to other apartments I’ve lived in. It’s also quiet, NO trash in the parking lot, no loud noise, and no loitering people. There’s On-call maintenance and a security service at night. And my neighbors are nice folks too. been here over 20 years!!! been through many managers, been through over five (5) fires next to my unit.the compex next to me had to be rebuilt from ground up.Mrs Avis, (hope i spelled it right) has been the best! I got broke into a couple years ago and when i came home after work around 11:00 pm called the police,called cedarwood,and had the sercurity officer show up with the police. after they left i secured the door from the inside. the next day Mrs Avis showed with the maintenance guy, and ...

Living here at first was very comfortable. It’s quiet the security guard is a bit overbearing but it helps keep the community feeling safe. On the other hand I to have problems with office manager getting things done in a timely manner. As well as having to deal with MANAGEMENT who is very rude and dismissive. This will be my LAST YEAR HERE only because the staff are tremendously disrespectful.

My new place totally works for me. They did a good job on putting new stuff in. The open space area has been sweet for me and my buddy Drake to run around (my french bulldog - he's the best!). Scored big time on a great deal too. Neighbors have been easy to deal with and I heard they do some community event stuff that's good like handing on breakfast on your way to work. Loving life in Memphis!

I recommended this complex to my child because I thought it was a nice, quiet, first time away from the nest experience. I pass it daily and saw what I wanted for my daughter and granddaughter. She applied, got approved and gave her deposit over a month ago. They rented the apartment that was said to have been hers to someone else. She inquired on the time hers would be available and was told they have to get a cleaning crew out (that should have been done with the deposit a month ago). A ...
month later it is still not ready and they won't refund her the deposit. I would rather her stay at home then to be done this way. She is so discouraged with moving now. Thanks a lot for making her first moving out experience a FLOP. If you do business this way on the front end, then I can only imagine what twelve months of this behavior would be like. No body deserves this. What if she had nowhere to stay while waiting? Treat people the way you would want to be treated is all I ask.

The manager in the office was nice to me when I was seeking an apt. After I moved in the list of problems exceeded my expectations. I was only there 28 days and i had no ac/vac at all. The maintenance man did "number 2" in my bathroom and didnt flush. The leasing agent was never available and I eventually had to seek legal counsel to help me. She would constantly hang up in my face and I was only trying to get my air and heat fixed because it was as hot 91 degrees in my apt at night and ...
