December 5, 2025Moving from Virginia and relocating to Lawrenceville, GA was a smooth transition working with Tiffany. She took care of everything in making sure all paperwork was processed and completed. The staff is wonderful and nice. The community is amazing and affordable. The only problem I’m seeing is that the maintenance staff doesn’t respond well when putting in new requests for repairs as a new resident of the community.Review from Apartments.com

We have noticed how quiet it is at Celadon compared to our last two apartments and how clean our apartment was when we moved in.
