April 11, 2018I lived here for a year and it was terrible. The apartments are old and nasty and INFESTED with roaches. When I moved in, the insides of the cabinets were dirty and there was mold under the kitchen sink. Everything is outdated. The washer and dryers did not get your clothes clean, I always just went on base to do my laundry. Maintenance is a complete joke. When I'd put in requests, they'd come in and say they fixed the issue and didn't, OR they'd say there was nothing to fix so I just lived with ...these issues an entire year. The buildings are suppose to be 'secure' but the front building doors were always being propped open. The area is very questionable. I'd seen people scoping windows of cars in the parking lot multiple times, even my own! Also one time I caught homeless people sleeping in the hallway. Later that night, the homeless person was causing a scene and banging on the walls until the cops were called and she was taken away. In conclusion, do not move here if you like nice things and having problems fixed. Nasty cockroaches and bed bugs! Ask Terminix!!
July 7, 2017This place was my worst nightmare, cockroaches and bed bugs all in one! Management is a joke, carpets are filthy in the hallway and inside, they look ok but don't let that fool you, they are cockroach infested and bed bugs were a serious problem. Walls are paper thin, Terminix was there on a regular basis without any success! Lived with roaches a year and even terminix couldn't rid them. Horrible place to live. I was asked to move for no apparent reason, I'm guessing cause i complained ...about roaches. Then was given a false rental history when i was moving, only was late with rent once in a year!
