Additional Fees Months After Moving Out
January 19, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are great and well maintained. Loved my years long stay here until I moved out. Months later I receive a collections notice tied to the apartment. I specifically asked and checked the portal to see if any payments were due and nothing was provided at the time. No idea what the charge is for or why they did not call or email first instead of damaging my credit for seemingly no reason. It's only a couple hundred dollars and would have been more than happy to pay. I will now be ...putting off a home purchase due to the credit damage they caused.
