Center court of Lowell. Terrible

The Lady who runs it, will falsely make up things to look over your apartments. Myself as well as 3 or 4 other of my friends had rented from center court over the last few years. With same issues. Lack of things being fixed when needed.

Pest Control Issues and Maintenance Lack of Follow-Through

Issues with mice that off-site management blamed on everything except for the fact that a pre-existing issue was made worse in the cold months of the year. Maintenance worker was laughably horrible at this job, leaving us to complete his half-completed work when he didn't show up in the days following like he said he would. I have rented at seven different apartment complexes in four cities due to college and work; this is by FAR the worst place I've ever lived.
