Don't be fooled..the gate is always broken and someone keeps cutting holes in the fence. Maintenance doesn't do anything about it unless I report it. Apparently I am the only one who cares about safety. They will also text that the pool is closed but never say when it opens. They are too lazy for signs.

New management seems to be going down hill
July 4, 2018
With the new management seems to be going down hill lived here 3 years can't do it anymore parents don’t watch there kids there’s garbage left all over bikes left all over people park were ever they want blocking handicap spots and ramps, iv had kids walk into my apartment mid day cause they were playing “hide and go seek” on the stairs and hallway talked to management nothing happened. Management just don’t seem to care anymore.
