DO NOT MOVE HERE. First of all, the management is terrible and rude. Second, they will never let you leave. This place is worse than hotel California. The cheap lease isn't worth the headache that comes with this place, I promise. Most reasonable rent I could find in the area, very clean, and a great overall experience. Would absolutely live here again.

affordable price at the beginning

The rent is ok at the beginning, then they will charge you a huge amount of money for nothing. Main access road always close, you have to get out of the block and go back in through others roads in order to get to any facilities. They will ask you for a thousand dollars for the cleaning and what? utilities.
