New management is terrible
August 28, 2023The fees with the new management are insane! They removed the Amazon locker and added fees for a delivery service that delays your packages and from what I’ve heard of others experiences, isn’t reliable. You can opt out of the service but not the charge. Same thing with the new internet and cable package, it’s $80 more than I was paying beforehand and you’re not able to opt out. To the other reviews, the maintenance staff really is lovely and so incredibly helpful. August 11, 2023Unless you desire to live amongst german cockroaches and inconsiderate neighbors, enjoy your property being intruded upon without notice (and multiple personal items damaged) while your reported issues go unresponded to, and like paying for endless, everchanging, unexplained, excess fees to an unresponsive, lazy management company who outright lacks any care or oversight into the property, or its residents, because they are constantly turning over to a new company—I do NOT recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com

May 24, 2023My fiancé and I have been living at Centerview at Crossroads for two years, and although the apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and in a great location with access to everything within a 20-minute drive, our experience here has been far from ideal. The maintenance team is responsive, but our main issue is the lack of consideration from our neighbors and the management's indifference to our concerns. Our upstairs neighbors are constantly stomping and dropping things on the floor at all ...hours, forcing us to wear earplugs to sleep. It's so bad we can even hear them using the bathroom. Our lovely balcony has become unusable, as the same neighbors constantly smoke marijuana outside, and the smell permeates our home whenever we open the door for fresh air. We've contacted the management office numerous times about the noise and smell, but they show no concern for our well-being or quality of life. Now, we have a new problem with our downstairs neighbors blasting their music, creating a cacophony of stomping and loud music. If you value peace and quiet, this is definitely not the place for you. Also, it's worth noting that the latest 5-star reviews mainly praise the maintenance team, not the property itself. This is a clear indication that the positive aspects of this complex are limited to the maintenance staff, which is not enough to outweigh the cons. We're moving out soon, and I want to warn others considering moving in to think twice before touring the property. March 30, 2021I have been a resident for two years, here, at Centerview at Crossroads, and have had no problems so far, only on occasionally, from tenants above me, at odd hours of the night and in the mornings.
