April 30, 2018Centra villa apts. again gets 5 stars and a plus, the management team is awesome, they make sure they please there tenants, you see them walking the property, cleaning the property,the kids love tanya and taffy and there customer service is outstanding,anything said different are tenants that don't abide by the rules. I can go on and on but I'll let the stars speak for them.GOOD JOB CENTRA VILLA...5 STARS TO YOU,I love it over here!!!Review from Apartments.com

November 22, 2015The property management was horrible the time I lived there. Couldn't wait until my lease was up. The apartments itself and appliances are out dated. Those apartments are roach and bedbug infested. The response time and customer service was horrible. I am so glad I don't have to live with the headache of living there anymore. To say the least I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to no one. PS.
