Lived on the first floor and noise was never a problem. Parking available -especially when I had visitors over. Pool was so nice- going to miss that. People were friendly. I'm not an online shopper - but packages were always organized. I've lived in places where they are strewn all over the place - or sitting in door to be stolen. Don't hesitate moving here. I will miss this place.
Stranded on 3rd floor due to inoperable elevator

We pay luxury rent and expect things to be clean and working. 1. not enough handicap parking 2. pool needs cleaning and question if water being checked 3. carpet is stained and dirty 4. grass not mowed until super long 5. maintenance slow at fixing things 6. garbage overflowing 7.elevator broken on Friday and no one fixed it over the weekend, due to handicap can't get up the stairs 8. great location
