May 30, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe maintenance guys are so awesome! Super fast response time (next day) and replaced both items! Both things are working great! Also I showed the damage from upper apartment ( bathtub leaked down to ours) & the repair wasn’t great, but they’re getting someone to come & take care of it asap. We’ve been here for almost 7 years on October 1, 2026.. we love North St Paul..
