Run! This place is awful. The pictures on the website are not accurate at all. The pool is never clean. There is dog poop everywhere. Expect constant maintenance issues with your apartment which will never be resolved. The maintenance crew will come and put a bandaid on it only for the same issue to come back a few days later. The office staff is the most unprofessional, rude, and incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. If you send any email that’s the least negative or critical, they will not respond. ...
They’ll be nice and friendly at first but once you sign a lease they couldn’t care less. This place is a nightmare. If you can go anywhere else, do it!

good apartment, but we are struggling with flyers, roaches, and it sometimes smells like weed smoke in the apartment even though we don’t smoke. Also, some missing or damaged parts in the house need to be fixed, so hopefully they fix them. overall good experience so far.

Just renewed my least for the 12th time which should speak loudly about my overall satisfaction with living here. No issues all is well. Management has really helped bring the community unity and a pleasant place to live.

Well another summer has come upon us with a heatwave and baking temperatures, how great full for a safe, cool community to call home. I haven't hit the pool yet but the grounds appear well kept.

This is a chill place to live. I like the apartment amenities but the community amenities need a major upgrade. The valet trash isn’t the best. Most of the time I take out my own trash due to the valet trash hours being early and Im not home yet. Other than those small cons it’s nice living here.

It's a pretty cool place to live. The staff is cool and the maintenance staff is AWESOME. They respo d in a reasonable time. Convenient to shops and the highway.
