Exceptional Place!!

I'm rarely compelled to leave any kind of review, however, this complex warrants it! I currently live here (lived here before many years ago as well!) and I cannot say enough about the management here! They are courteous, professional, friendly and make living here a special experience. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. My neighbors are fantastic and the vibe here is exceptional:) Highly recommend this place!

What an apartment complex. In my 10 years of living in LA I’ve been in 6 different apartments and what sets this place apart is customer service. Every apartment has its fair share of problems but NOBODY has handled them as swiftly as the management at CentrePointe. Whoever is in charge of hiring needs a raise.

Our family lived here for less than a year—but we were so sad to leave! The property is definitely a bit dated, but it has been kept up well (including updated finishings in the kitchen) and the amenities (pool, hot tub) are great and well loved by many residents. We enjoyed the townhouse style layout of the 2 bed 2 bath apartment.

They really make this place feel like a community; they know all the residents’ names and really do go out of their way to work with you on everything from maintenance issues to packages, etc. For example, they were so supportive and understanding of working around the fact that we had a newborn baby when we had some maintenance issues in the apartment. I’ve never lived somewhere where I actually enjoyed interacting with the management!

Finding a place was NOT easy but from my experience on my in person tour and through email and phone communications with the leasing office I'm happy to say I found a perfect 1 bed apartment for myself. My wife and I moved back to LA from Santa Fe, NM in 2022 and we chose to live in CentrePointe after a friend toured it for us - so we arrived to an apartment unit we had never actually seen before. We ended up having an amazing experience during our four years here and are honestly sad to leave (leaving because we have purchased a home, otherwise we'd have no reason to leave). The staff are friendly, communicative, and always available -- they run a tight ship with work orders being answered ...
extremely quickly, and always happy to lend a hand with packages and deliveries or other issues that come up. The hot tub / pool / gym all within a minute walk from your apartment is amazing, along with the open yet protected garden pathways of the property -- it feels much nicer than a lot of new, comparable apartment complexes that are built "hotel style", all within one tall building. Palms is of course a great neighborhood with Culver so closeby and tons of offerings on Overland and Venice in the area. Would highly recommend CentrePointe on all fronts!

Lived here for 3 years, and only moved away to room with a friend of mine (to end up saving 33% on rent) and to be closer to my work.
The management here was top notch and the property was clean and well-maintained. I never had any issue with management or other residents and never had any issues with rodents or insects across the entire apartment complex.
Lucia (property manager) and Doug (property owner) are the superheroes of this property and were always available, well-informed on the ...
comings and goings of the apartment complex, and went out of their way to help everyone.
My biggest takeaways are the proactive/available maintenance crew, the proximity to downtown Culver City, the central location to all of West LA (10 - 20 mins from Century City, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Westwood, Mar Vista, Sawtelle and Santa Monica), the on-site gym, and the massive underground garage and Amazon Locker setup.
This place is hard to top and Im really gonna miss living here.

The management team is exceptional—always friendly, responsive, and helpful. They’re incredibly accessible by phone, email, or in person, and the office being open seven days a week was a huge plus.

We lived at CentrePointe for two years, early 2022-2024. It has been the best place I've lived in LA. Unlike many of the new complexes popping up, the construction at CentrePointe is very solid. In our previous building, the walls were so thin we could literally hear our neighbors having conversations, so it was super important to us that our next apartment had good sound isolation. At CentrePointe, our neighbors could have a party without the sound traveling to our unit.

were always dealt with promptly (usually within 1-2 days). We also really love the community, and we miss hanging out with Lucia and Doug in the front office! They're the best! Blanca is an angel! These apartments aren't the cheapest in the area (they're also not the most expensive), but for the space, amenities, and location, they're kind of a steal. We're leaving to move closer to work, but we'd recommend these apartments to anyone.
