Great management makes this place a home
April 17, 2026Our family lived here for less than a year—but we were so sad to leave! The property is definitely a bit dated, but it has been kept up well (including updated finishings in the kitchen) and the amenities (pool, hot tub) are great and well loved by many residents. We enjoyed the townhouse style layout of the 2 bed 2 bath apartment. But the thing that really sets this place apart is the management. Positive reviews about the management are what convinced us to move here to begin with, and it was ...the best decision we could have made. We cannot say enough good things about Lucia and Doug who are so kind and responsive. They really make this place feel like a community; they know all the residents’ names and really do go out of their way to work with you on everything from maintenance issues to packages, etc. For example, they were so supportive and understanding of working around the fact that we had a newborn baby when we had some maintenance issues in the apartment. Fantastic Management

4 Year Residents - A Fantastic Place to Live
January 23, 2026My wife and I moved back to LA from Santa Fe, NM in 2022 and we chose to live in CentrePointe after a friend toured it for us - so we arrived to an apartment unit we had never actually seen before. We ended up having an amazing experience during our four years here and are honestly sad to leave (leaving because we have purchased a home, otherwise we'd have no reason to leave). The staff are friendly, communicative, and always available -- they run a tight ship with work orders being answered ...extremely quickly, and always happy to lend a hand with packages and deliveries or other issues that come up. The hot tub / pool / gym all within a minute walk from your apartment is amazing, along with the open yet protected garden pathways of the property -- it feels much nicer than a lot of new, comparable apartment complexes that are built "hotel style", all within one tall building. Palms is of course a great neighborhood with Culver so closeby and tons of offerings on Overland and Venice in the area. 3 Year Resident - Top Quality Property Management
November 26, 2025Lived here for 3 years, and only moved away to room with a friend of mine (to end up saving 33% on rent) and to be closer to my work. The management here was top notch and the property was clean and well-maintained. I never had any issue with management or other residents and never had any issues with rodents or insects across the entire apartment complex. Lucia (property manager) and Doug (property owner) are the superheroes of this property and were always available, well-informed on the ...comings and goings of the apartment complex, and went out of their way to help everyone. My biggest takeaways are the proactive/available maintenance crew, the proximity to downtown Culver City, the central location to all of West LA (10 - 20 mins from Century City, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Westwood, Mar Vista, Sawtelle and Santa Monica), the on-site gym, and the massive underground garage and Amazon Locker setup. 5 Year Residents - Sad to Leave
October 17, 2025I lived at CentrePointe from 2020 until Fall 2025 and only moved because we needed a three-bedroom apartment. My husband and I would have loved to stay—our five years there were truly great. The management team is exceptional—always friendly, responsive, and helpful. They’re incredibly accessible by phone, email, or in person, and the office being open seven days a week was a huge plus. The maintenance team is also top-notch—quick to respond and often able to resolve issues the same day, even ...on weekends. Very responsive maintenance and management
October 16, 2024I have lived here for 3 years and it has been a great experience. The property is clean and secure, they often update and upgrade communal areas, maintenance is very responsive and easy to work with, and the on site management really is helpful. They communicate frequently and proactively. I have to move for work/ family, and I am so sad to have to find another place to live because I have never had a management company actually care about their tenants the way that this place does. Great noise isolation! Great apartments!
March 18, 2024We lived at CentrePointe for two years, early 2022-2024. It has been the best place I've lived in LA. Unlike many of the new complexes popping up, the construction at CentrePointe is very solid. In our previous building, the walls were so thin we could literally hear our neighbors having conversations, so it was super important to us that our next apartment had good sound isolation. At CentrePointe, our neighbors could have a party without the sound traveling to our unit. Maintenance requests ...were always dealt with promptly (usually within 1-2 days). We also really love the community, and we miss hanging out with Lucia and Doug in the front office! They're the best! Blanca is an angel! These apartments aren't the cheapest in the area (they're also not the most expensive), but for the space, amenities, and location, they're kind of a steal. Their maintenance is quick and they have a helpful online portal to submit these requests and pay rent via check or credit card. The staff has always been helpful and nice as well. Sad To Leave
May 17, 2016My stay at Centrepointe began 3 years ago. While slightly outside of my budget, I did not find anything comparable in terms of living space, or community for anywhere near the price. During my stay, management was fantastic. I do not expect to ever live in an apartment with management as responsive and attentive as Centrepointe. Any repairs were completed immediately. I would often report a problem, and come home from work to find the repair completed. Additionally, they keep the common areas ...(pool, bbq, gym, etc.) in exceptional condition; clean, functioning, updated equipment, pool furniture, etc. Communication between management and tenants was great as well. The staff was very friendly, and made me feel welcome everytime I stepped into the office. I highly recommend looking into CentrePointe for your next apartment, well worth the investment.
