I have been a resident of this apartment for 8 years now, and I can confidently say that it has been a positive experience overall. The manager is outgoing, friendly, and truly values the wellbeing of the renters, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maintenance requests made through Apfolio are promptly taken care of, ensuring a well-maintained living space. While the units lack soundproofing, the generally quiet neighbors and environment contribute to a peaceful living environment.

New management is terrible

I’ve been associated with This building for 9 years. About 6 months a go a new manager started and the building has gone down hill. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. She has her own parking spot but apparently that’s not close enough to the door for her so she parks where it clearly says “no parking”! She’s rude, and acts like she’s above you when she’s obviously under qualified not knowing the rules of the building. 50 characters not enough to list everything wrong ….

The hallways are not clean. They smell like cigarettes and weed. Theres trash and glass outside in the parking lot and near the entrances. The entrances are not taken care of. Its also not a smoke free facility, theres people smoking all time.

I Spent the last two years living at Century Ridge. While living there I had access to underground heated garage and spot. I also had the remodeled unit which was very nice. The staff does an awesome job at making these apartments a quality living space. I was also given a parking pass for myself and another quest, should I have people over. There is washer/dryer units on every floor. All of my maintenance issues were always taken care of in a timely manner. The property manager Larry does a ...

wonderful job of accommodating to his tenants issues and input. This was a nice place for me to start my independence and while i'm no longer renting, if I were to again, I would definitely go back.

I have lived at Century Ridge for almost a year and I have enjoyed living here. The underground heated parking is included in the rent and is a big plus for me. The elevator broke down once for 3 weeks and was difficult walking up 3 flights of stairs, but otherwise, has worked fine. The washing machines have been broken a few times, but management takes care of it right away. Whenever I needed something fixed, it was done in a timely manner. The staff is friendly. The building is clean. ...

The location is convenient to 94W, banks (TCF/US Bank) and shopping areas. I have no complaints. It is a great place to live. The price is a little high for me, but the apartment is spacious and very nice. I will most likely renew my lease for another year.

I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the layout and condition of my 1 bedroom apartment. I also was very pleased with how well the building manager did his job. He was friendly, respectful, competent, and thorough. There are always a few tenants who present challenges to management and to the other residents, but this manager addressed those tenants consistently and fairly. My experience with living here overall was a positive one.
