November 6, 2025Replacement of Vinyl Tiles Had several chipped vinyl tiles that needed replacement. Maintenance request was handled within 48 hours. Tiles were replaced with new ones and the floor now looks like new. Work was done very professionally.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2025Front desk failed to let us in even though we reserved a moving slot. Even though we reserved a moving slot, the front desk gave us trouble while getting into the building, resulting in a hour wait for Movers, which were charged for. This was extremely frustrating and we had to call the personal number for our leasing agent because the leasing office was closed and they cannot help us. She showed us a simple 2-bedroom apartment along with the amenities and had a wonderful personality all the while. Our experience with a different agent at a different location was the complete opposite from Miss Megan’s bright and sunny attitude. Warning: Loud
September 3, 2021Beautiful building and nice rooms, nice gym, nice roof and common areas. Unfortunately, it is the loudest building in the entire city of Chicago. Spent a year trying to sleep with trains every 15 seconds to 1 minute. Clark and Lake Station houses multiple El trains (not just 1!) so it is relentless. Bought earplugs, noise cancelling headphones, etc but it is just exhausting. They will not tell you this until you move in and experience it for yourself.Review from Apartments.com
