Pleased and content!
December 3, 2024My husband and I just moved to Florida 2 months ago and at first, I was very skeptical about our surroundings. I’m a picky person when it comes to location and the way an apartment complex takes care of itself and the tenants. The staff here makes sure that this place is a pleasant one to live in. Being someone that has lived in apartments, the majority of their life, I feel very taken care of. Having people power wash the outside hallways, to maintaining the grounds, to spraying our apartments ...for bugs. They also plan activities for the tenants each month. We have been very pleased with Century Vista Palms! The property is also next to just about everything. It takes the stress off of moving somewhere new, when you enjoy coming home, to a place you feel safe in. We have enjoyed living here!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
May 6, 2024Every apartment will have its issues and I'm not going to act like this place is perfect. The planes from the airport come right over the property. Other people live there and they don't always respect times I would consider quiet time. The staff however has been awesome and helpful every step of the way. I truly appreciate the management and all they do to keep the property maintained, clean, and in good working order. I have lived here for over a year now and have had little to no issues where ...the management actually had the ability to control or help.Property Manager Responded

Been a breeze
May 7, 2024I moved in Feb, the application process was smooth. I was able to view the actual unit I was moving into, which is so rare these days. Moving in everything was spotless. My AC wasn't working I called in the morning it was fixed by noon. Lots of fun community events like Bingo (so fun) I enjoy living here !Property Manager Responded
