September 2, 2025When I first moved into this complex, I was very happy with it. However, over time, the quality of living has unfortunately begun to decline. Residents were recently informed that we must now register for parking and that our guests are required to pay for parking. This is especially disappointing because I was originally told that parking was free for both residents and their guests, which is an important factor in Atlanta. It is frustrating to now have guests pay $5 to park in a garage that ...does not even have a gate and is easily accessible to non residents., Addendums regarding this new parking policy were sent out without any prior notice or opportunity for residents to provide input, which feels abrupt and inconsiderate. I have also raised multiple complaints about my upstairs neighbor, but little has been done to address the issue. I will say that the maintenance team is responsive and handles issues quickly.Property Manager Responded

Although there has been a recent update to our parking policy, all current lease holders who moved in before this change continue to enjoy free parking until their lease renewal. Could you please clarify what specific issues you are experiencing so we can properly address them? August 26, 2025Its been good so far. I think you guys should keep a pressure wash team out at the community. Our 3rd floor elevators needs a pressure wash. I like that the pressure wash was done by the mailboxes. I would check ever floor elevator and get a pressure wash done and also by all the trash chutes that will help keep the community looking clean as well. Trouble in Paradise
August 23, 2025I had high hopes when moving into this apartment, but unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. From the start, my neighbors have been extremely loud and disruptive, making it nearly impossible to enjoy peace and quiet in my own home. On top of that, their dog barks constantly, adding to the disturbance. What makes this situation worse is the way management has handled it—or rather, failed to handle it. Despite numerous complaints, the office has been dismissive and unhelpful. ...They repeatedly assured me they were addressing the issue, but it’s clear they never even contacted the neighbors. At one point, they even claimed fines were issued, but it quickly became obvious that was untrue. To make matters worse, I was basically told I “can’t complain to my neighbors anymore,” leaving me feeling completely stuck and without support. For the amount of money it costs to live here, I expected a professional management team and a livable environment. Instead, I’m left dealing with constant noise, dishonesty from the office, and the frustration of feeling unheard in my own home.Property Manager Responded
