Poor management

February 16, 2022 - Review from Apartments.com

Property manager, Lourdes, started our application process, asked for SO MANY DOCUMENTS, but NEVER got back to us on a decision. Never got us into an apartment, never bothered to FINISH the process. I tried so many times to call, email, to get a status, but no status at all. Very disappointing.
