November 21, 2024Please just read all the way to the end. We rented from this property for 2 years due to our situation, but we regret every minute of it. We rented a 2b 1b apartment. The price for it was defiantly not worth it at all. Aside from the high price for the small space, we were fighting with many health problems due to the number of roaches, and then later the black mold we found in our vents. If you do have to go with this selection, be warned and CHECK YOUR VENTS. Also be prepared for your ...water to be shut off regularly due to maintenance. To add some others to the list the pool was shut down all summer long and was not able to be used.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2024Most of the people that live here are very nice and easy to get along with and the manager is even better. He is super nice, helpful and easy to work with if you have any issues, questions or concerns about your apartment. The only issues that I have had with this place is that some of the doors don’t shut all the way, sometimes you have to push really hard to get things done if you don’t talk directly to the manager. So I would recommend talking directly to him if you can.Review from Apartments.com

November 29, 2023I moved in to an apartment with dirty floors, the microwave smelled like burnt popcorn and no closet door. I have been asking for a closet door for 5 months now and still no sliding door for my closet. The dishwasher is old and sucks. the rack doesn't fit in the dishwasher. The insulation sucks, When it's hot outside, it is hotter inside, and when it is cold out, it is colder inside. The upgrades are really upgrades and are done poorly and distastefully. There are stainless steel appliances as ...portrayed in some pictures. My neighbor complained of roaches often. The water comes on brown.... ALOT, almost every-time I turn the tub on, the water is yellow/brown. The windows need to be replaced bad. The let out your heat/air and definitely brings the inside in.
