Refreshing
October 25, 2019While I am not a resident my hope is to one day live in this community... This apartment community is clean and the grounds are always well maintained . Great place to live!
September 24, 2019I've been here a few months and I LOVE this complex. The apartments are spacious and, despite the age of the complex, they look newer inside. The price is really good for the space and the shape the apartments are in, especially given the cost for "newer" apartments elsewhere in the city. The office staff and maintenance are all very kind and attentive, and maintenance problems are handled very quickly. I've had no issues with neighbors or any pest problems. I appreciate the amenities available ...here (the pool is particularly nice and rarely seems to be crowded). November 29, 2017I recently moved from chandler creek and I was sad to leave it. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The staff is great! They communicate so much through the daily emails and updates about what’s going on around the complex. It’s very family friendly & they just put in a new park. Love Chandler Creek Apartments
November 9, 2017We have been living at the Chandler Creek Apartments for a little while now and we love it. Great setting with oak tree views. Location is outstanding. Everything is close by. The kids love all the amenities especially the playground. They have great floors plans with washer/dryer hook ups. Plenty of closet space. January 26, 2017If ever in Austin, Texas, I would advise looking into Chandler Creek Apartments. They are north of the city of Austin. They are very close to shopping, schools, and etc..... The neighborhood is very quiet. The staff is the best. Amber is the best, most knowledgeable leasing agent. Always helpful, friendly, and always smiling. Keep up the good work!!! August 14, 2015This is the perfect building for me because it's a quick drive to the Outlet Mall, HEB, and Restaurants. No need to drive in the city for all that mess and the traffic. Plus I still have the quiet open parks for me to take with my dog. The clubhouse and pool area, as well as all of the landscaping at the apartments are fabulous and well maintained.
