Maintenance an office staff
October 23, 2025New Knowledgeable maintenance team, and new friendly firm office staff have changed the living environment at Chandler Ridge, it’s becoming a peaceful quiet enjoyable place that is positive. New ownership has made my experience living here much more enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you very much to the new maintenance team always addressing all of my issues quickly and efficiently. Very disappointed
September 3, 2020This place is horrible. The management doesn’t care about their tenants. I have so many problems with the ac unit during the summer. I’ve had water leaks in the restroom twice. Neighbors are loud especially when walking through their apartment. I hear them soon as they get home stumping and slamming doors. Would not recommend to anyone. I wish I would’ve believed the reviews I read before I moved in.Review from Apartments.com
