Nothing but a nightmare. In the month of February alone there has been a week with no hot water whatsoever and several additional instances of no water period. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. They steamroll the conversation, refuse to listen, and when the conversation isn't going their way they will just hang up on you.
When I moved in parking within the gates of the complex was free with paid covered spaces. Within 2 months of my move in this changed, now you have to pay for ...
uncovered parking or pray you get one of the very few free parking spaces they left at the back of the property.
Patio doors don't come with screens like any reasonable person would expect. Dumpsters are constantly overflowing with trash scattered around.
At the end of the day you can find a significantly better property for a much better price elsewhere.

I have lived in Chandlers Mill for, going on my 7th year! I can't say enough how great Savannah and Steph in the office! Then there is the BEST maintenance staff! I feel safe having a gated complex. I have never had any issues.If you need a place short term or long term, Chandlers Mill is the best place to call home! Love it here! Thanks Savannah, Steph and, Tyler!

I have been a resident here almost five years now. The community is quite and friendly. The front office personnel have been very helpful, friendly and attentive to any issues or concerns that I had with my apartment. Yes the apartments have there very minor issues every apartment does even the newly built ones, I know this this because I have lived in many apartments communities. This community is the best bang for the buck.

I have lived here for about 2 1/2 years. As a first time renter, I was nervous in assuring I landed in the right apartment complex that would assure a quality home. This is a quiet neighborhood, amazing customer service, and very responsive maintenance. Yes, it is an older complex, but it is well maintained and clean. I have never seen a roach in my apartment. Thank you Chandlers Mill team for ensuring every renter has a pleasant experience.

When I first moved in I thought I was getting a really good deal. I live in one of the smaller models here and while it is cozy, it is definitely not worth what I’m paying. The apartments were built in the 80’s and they’ve done such a crappy job of updating. Everything is falling apart and I mean everything. Even the staff has joked infront of me that “this place is falling apart” and “the people who built it used cheap materials”, well they’re completely right. Do yourself a favor and move ...

When I first moved into my apartment I thought I was getting a good deal for what I was getting, man I was wrong. This apartment complex is extremely outdated. They are cockroach invested. The materials they use for the cabinets, kitchen counter, etc are literally falling apart. I had to have the maintenance guy come out several time to ankor my dishwasher and it always comes undone because of the cheap materials used to make the cabinets. Also the apartments are really old and no matter how much ...
I clean its ALWAYS DIRTY because of the poor quality air and dreaking down of the materials all around me. I do love the floor plan though it’s perfect for a college student who wants to live by themselves. The staff is really nice and they have always shown a real interest in their residence, which I really appreciate it. Overall, I won’t be upping my lease because I would rather pay $150 more somewhere else and get a WAY nicer place.

My apartment isn't the biggest or best looking apartment but it is definitely very homey. It is a one bedroom one bath apartment that my brother and I are occupying. We moved in about two months ago and loving the area we are in. Aside from some things the apartment did not include, everything else seems to be on point. I gave it three stars because although it is not the most elegant apartment it is relaxing and quiet.
