My kids have stayed in several different apartment complexes. Channel Point was by far the best! Max and Kimberley in the office have been great. Management keeps the complex in fantastic condition. Have only great things to say about our experience at Channel Point. I would recommend the plane and I would come back if I ever need to. Thank you!

Horrible Managment

I've lived hear a year and a half. Beautiful location and apartments. However, the managment is horrible and currently has numerious open fair housing complaints. There was a great assistant manager that everyone loved. Since he left things went down hill. There is a petition going to remove the current managment.

The apartment is fine and the grounds are well kept. The management leaves MUCH to be desired. Had they taken two minutes to reach out after all the problems I wouldn’t have said anything but here we are.
