Spacious and the bathrooms are huge. Easy to clean with cheap utilities. The balcony floor is cement and my wicker furniture fits great. I have hummingbirds,turkeys,deer and a quiet view.

The apartments are decent in size for the price of the apartment. The community and school district is really nice. Parking could be a bit better but other than that I really like the place. I could see myself living here for awhile. The maintenance guys get to your problems very quickly.
