Terrible place
December 1, 2019They do not take care of problems. My apartment has flooded three times with outside sewer water coming in from the HVAC. The last time it has black stuff on the towels.Review from Apartments.com

February 11, 2019The new management is hateful,completely unprofessionl, and unhelpful. The updates to the property and units are nice enough, but maintenance thinks they can just waltz right in and not even knock, three guys just walked right in while I was asleep on my couch taking a nap with my toddler. No notice or anything. Nothing gets "fixed" in a timely manner, and heaven forbid you have a package sent. They'll hold it for a week and say they "don't have it". VERY POOR SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER
January 1, 2019I wouldn’t even rate this place one star. I have lived here for over 4 years & had NO issues until new management took over. The manager is very rude & very unprofessional. Does not dress appropriately. Sits outside & smokes all day. The new maintenance crew is crap. They come into my apartment without any kind of notice. I came home one day to my door wide open with the neighbors kid in my apartment messing with my stuff. Everyone acts like they do not speak English & are no help when trying to ...talk to them. I do not feel safe at all in my own home. Peoples cars are coming up hit by the managers daughter & then everyone out here has a story that it never happened when their are witnesses. Cars are coming up scratched. I do not trust any of these people that work here. Things are not handled appropriately with the new people who took over. I have never seen a place ran so poorly. DO NOT RENT
December 15, 2016Our house was nice. Lived there for three years, because there isn't any options in Pauls Valley. It became our home. We liked our neighbors, and planned to live there for quite a while. They treated us really great the first year. then after we signed our lease for the second year, somebody cut our Freon line to our airconditioner in the middle of the hot summer. It took them a while to "Fix" it. They tried to blame us for cutting the line with clippers!!! so we stood up to them because they ...wanted us to pay $750 to repair it. They didn't like that so they hit us with fines and threatened to evict us. Having nowhere to go on such short notice we paid the money and went on with our lives. Their feelings must have been hurt or something because for the next year they bullied us with harsh notes and notices on our door. They fined us for having our Christmas lights up still the second week in January. The air conditioner that they had rigged to just get by finally completely shut down and flooded our living room twice. They took 2 months to replace it. They made us miserable. but then for the last four months they haven't really said anything. We kept to ourselves, and made sure we paid our rent 2 weeks ahead of time. December 14th on my way to the car there is a note that says they are refusing to renew our lease and we have 30 days to vacate. IT's CHRISTMAS! so now me my wife and our 2 year old are packing our stuff instead of enjoying our time with family this Christmas. If I was you id go find a private owned rent house to rent. The staff is terrible people. The maintenance man smoke weed in his truck before he comes in to fix things. Amber pretends to be sweet but is super hateful and heartless. Great Apartment Complex
August 15, 2015Great apartment complex with a laundry facility, gym and swimming pool. Once I thoroughly cleaned it and got the smoke smell out of my apartment I love it. The only thing that would have given it all 5 stars is if it had been cleaner when I moved in. If they had maybe painted the walls that would have gotten the smoke smell out and fixed the problem of cleanliness. I am a little more hard to please than most because I don't like dirty walls and baseboards.Review from Apartments.com
