February 6, 2024HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! They don’t take care of their people. I try to call the office & they never answer the phone. They take forever to complete work orders & if they do we don’t know when they enter our apartments.Property Manager Responded

Run as far as you can
February 8, 2023This is literally JUST a roof over your head. These are income based apartments being falsely rebranded as luxury. Maintenance requests take months to be completed, even via the emergency maintenance line. The gate has never operated once, neither has the pool in my many years. Management changes every few years. There has been so much crime, car breakins, shootings, foolishness and management simply does not care as long as rent is paid.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Property BUT A Staff Member Ruined It!
December 5, 2020I was looking to relocate to the Decatur Area last year. Because of my busy schedule and me being new to the Decatur Area, I had enlist the help of someone that familiar with the area; My Best Friend. Although South Decatur is a Large Area and has a plethora of living spaces, there isn’t much to choose from in terms of QUALITY! Lo and Behold he narrowed my search down to on 3 of the 20 apartments complexes in the area and Chapel Run was one of them. My initial impression of this place was WOW, ...this is Nice! The landscape is well maintained and IT’S GATED, which is a plus. I was enthused at this point UNTIL I encountered the leasing agent who didn’t even tell me his name! This young man told us to “take a brochure of the apartments and he’ll be with us in a minute.” I’m not sure where he went but I did see him go into a separate area where there was Kids playing! He was gone a few minutes too long until a young lady came from out of nowhere and asked “Have you been helped?” .... Fast forward... He took me to a model apartment which was VERY NICE and I totally forgot his Unprofessional behavior! He did tell me that there was upcoming availability for the floor plan that I was in search of. He gave me an Application and all the necessary info that it takes to qualify and afterwards I left to see the other 2 choices! Although the other 2 were nice , my heart was set on Chapel Run. Unfortunately when I came back 2 weeks later this same guy acted as if he didn’t remember me or my friend! His demeanor and disposition was the same as before and in my mind all I kept thinking was.... WARNING COMES BEFORE DESTRUCTION, TURN AROUND AND LEAVE.... and I obeyed my instincts! It was meant for me to be a tenant at Chapel Run then this review would be totally different!Property Manager Responded
