Chapel Valley Senior Apartments in Fitchburg is a hidden gem! The one bedroom apartments are the most spacious I have seen.

About Chapel Valley
Chapel Valley is a senior apartment community for adults aged 55 and above. There is a total of 110 apartments within the community between two buildings. Each building has a mixture of one and two bedroom apartment homes. Each apartment has washer and dryer hook ups and coin operated laundry rooms on each floor of the buildings. Added amenities in each apartment include a balcony or patio for your leisure, free storage, heated underground parking (for a fee) and complimentary coffee stations in each building. Heat is included in rent! Both buildings have an elevator for easy access to all floors and the garage. Residents enjoy the community room and multiple seating areas throughout the community. On-site management during the week. Located in Fitchburg, WI, Chapel Valley is in close proximity to shopping, dining, parks, trails and so much more. The beautiful, landscaped grounds create an oasis away from all of the hustle and bustle yet is close to so much. Some units are Income Restricted, please inquire for more information.
