Great place to call home!
January 14, 2020I absolutely love living here. The staff is very professional and the ladies in the office are so nice! They made my moving process easy. The property is well kept and beautiful with tons of mature tree's. It is very quiet. I will be telling all my friends about Chappell Hill.Property Manager Responded

Love it here!
June 6, 2019I love living here. I live in one of the renovated units and it is just gorgeous. My apartment has a lot of windows and a ton of light. I love the trees and the grounds. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, the office is so friendly and the maintenance staff is great! I haven’t had many maintenance issues but the few times I have they fixed it right away. I feel safe here. I have had problems with bugs at other complexes and love that they do pest control every three months to keep bugs away.Property Manager Responded

Find a newer complex
February 1, 2019Apartments are old, dark and shabby. Constant maintenance issues. Excessive laundry fees. Office staff frequently absent. Even though they are “gated” the back of the property is easily accessible from the highway and not secure. They pay a company to check car inspection/registration tags that will tow your car if tags not current. You are limited to one internet/cable provider with poor service and high prices. They keep the security deposit and bill for three times that for cleaning and ...carpet on move out.Property Manager Responded

Complete relaxation
September 23, 2015This Apartment community not only has great staff, but it is my little piece of heaven. Great mature trees and landscaping, along with being a quiet complex. I never hear the neighbors and it has a great pool and hot tub. The gym is just the right size complex and it is easy to get a good workout, running outside early in the morning.
