There are many stores and restaurants and gyms within a 5-10 minute drive. All of the appliances in the apartment are new. Brand new flooring and painted walls. Parking is not a problem at all. You have your own washer dryer in your apartment. The only draw back is the price.

I moved to Chardon Place in September 2023. Jessica was extremely helpful prior to move in and during my stay. Maintenance has been very prompt whenever I have needed something. Maintenance has also been very nice and will stop me to see my dog when we are out on walks. The residents there have been very friendly and it has been a great place to have my daughter and my dog. specifically looking for a place that had at least 2 bedrooms, allowed pets, and had in unit laundry. Chardon Place hit all three of those and the location is great. Right across from Walmart and Home Depot, down the street from other major stores and restaurants, and close enough to Amazon to get same day delivery as an option for a lot of things. I highly recommend checking out Chardon Place if you are looking for a new apartment!

Recently renovated, I found the CP apartments to be a comfortable, safe and quiet place to live. The apartment complex is located close to shopping and services.
The management and maintenance personnel have been very responsive, resolving reported problems very quickly. Also a nice feature is the Chardon Place (B7 properties) web site for reporting/scheduling maintenance issues and payment.
