DONT MOVE HERE
May 8, 2019don’t move to these apartments if you actually care for your belongings getting shot at or being around drugs 24/7!!! currently there is crime scene tape around a whole apartment unit and who knows what happened there because no one has said a word. my car and multiple other cars got shot, blew out our whole window (my car sits 9 feet away from my living room fyi) i go to the office stating i don’t feel safe considering i have 3 children and they tell me “well that’s everywhere in murfreesboro” ...NO ITS NOT!!! and “you have to serve out a 60 day notice and regardless if you do that today (the 5th of the month) it would not be active until june 1st MY WINDOW WAS JUST SHOT OUT they don’t care about their residents!! i’ve been here 4 years and they’ve never been this bad. Great place to live
July 11, 2018Sure your going to have minor problem anywhere you go. But since moving in last January it's been good here. The community is good and very helpful. The management staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is always on the move and will come fast to repair anything. Rent is still good. Lie to you
April 18, 2018I been here for 3 to 4yrs. I pay my rent on time. They will have you sign a contract, then in the middle of it they would rise your rent. I been living here 3yrs and my rent went up 4 times. The management don't care about there tenants. Don't do it a less you like giving out money.Review from Apartments.com
