Dont bother
December 29, 2023Tried to schedule an interview. They scheduled me on the day they were closed. Drove 15 minutes to a closed sign. Called. No answer. They blamed an AI bot for setting up the appointment wrong. Dont waste your timeProperty Manager Responded

Look Elsewhere
June 1, 2023Apartment is not worth the price. Since I've moved in my a/c has constantly been broken for days at a time while the temperature outside is above 90 degrees. Walls and ceilings are VERY thin. There is also a spider infestation on the stairwells. The gate is always broken and There is never any parking spots. The only decent thing about this place is the pool and patio.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live

February 22, 2019Charleston is the best Community I've ever lived in. It is super quiet, gives lots of options to the tenants. The amenities are always cleaning and working which is a huge improvement from what I am used to. Never Again
January 6, 2019Very disappointed in this apartment complex. First few years were great living there. However, the last couple months prior to move out was terrible and even now 4 months after moving I'm still having problems with them. I paid all my final cost when I received that they have did final walk and my bill was posted. I paid it. So months later there was a "glitch" in there system with took money out account without my permission and I noticed today that they have sent the same amount that was ..."glitched" in their system to collection. Still no one has contacted me nor have tried to corrected the issue. I will be contacting the better business bureau and my representative because this is not right for a tenant that was faithful to a complex for years with no complaints or issues. September 24, 2015At Charleston, you truly get the most space for your money. The office staff are friendly, and maintenance is amazing. If a problem arises it is fixed the same day. Free printing- great pearl for college students. Sweet pool and bbq area. And decent fitness center. Beautiful property overall. September 5, 2015I have been living at Charleston apartments for three years. I can say everyone that works in the office are very friendly, helpful and greet you with a smile. The maintenance workers are very quick at responding to your issues and getting the job done. They keep the complex looking so beautiful. You can tell they take proud in their property. They also have a lot of amenities: tennis court, pool, car wash, dog park workout room and a play ground for the kids.
