At Charlestowne, they have always answered or called back within the same day! Submitted a maintenance request at 10 PM on a Thursday, they fixed the issue by lunch on Friday!Property Manager Responded

Office staff is attentive to our needs, Maintenance is the best and the amenities are renovated and really nice. Apts are a bit pricey(same /no worse than others), but in the Kennesaw area the location is convenient to everything, schools, shopping and the highway, but secluded enough for walking and privacy.
