The team in the leasing office are extremely rude. They are extremely unhelpful. You have to wait months at a time to get the things that they promised to you. Completely dissatisfied. My air-conditioning has not worked since April. I would not recommend living here.

These are great apartments, in a great area. Me and my family are very happy with Forestbrook Apartments. The new management and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Everyone in the staff are very helpful, the community is friendly and maintenance does there job in a timely manner! Work orders are always handled in a decent time frame, usually the same day!
