August 14, 2025The property is surrounded by a train track, the train comes before 7 am and after 11pm each night. If in building 5 you will feel the building shaking and very much be awoke by the noise. A block down you're in the heart of Southend, yet completely misses the mark. The vibes are more skid row. Really sketchy once the sun goes down. The area isn't quite walkable, with being at the tail end of a manufacturing yard. No street lighting, junk yards and construction sites littered Rountree Rd.Property Manager Responded
