Awesome amenities and very clean
December 16, 2025Really nice amenities and perks for the price I went for a walk-in tour yesterday and was excited to see that this apartment had everything I was looking for, all within my price range because of their 2 months free special promotion thats going on. I am a very picky person and kind of high maintenance when it comes to where I live but Brie was so patient, helpful and understanding with me. You can really tell that the management cares and takes their job seriously and really tries to get the ...best stuff they are able to for their residents. The rooms and amenities (gyms pool, bonfire area) were reeeally nice, brand new and super clean! and they even have a super cool deal with plungehouse which i would definitely going to take advantage of.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2025We moved into these apartments at the end of September. It's very quiet and clean. Everything we need is there, and the living and working conditions are excellent. All the girls at the leasing office were very responsive and pleasant. Even though we're from another country and don't yet understand English well, they were always ready to listen, understand, and provide any assistance we needed. August 14, 2025The property is surrounded by a train track, the train comes before 7 am and after 11pm each night. If in building 5 you will feel the building shaking and very much be awoke by the noise. A block down you're in the heart of Southend, yet completely misses the mark. The vibes are more skid row. Really sketchy once the sun goes down. The area isn't quite walkable, with being at the tail end of a manufacturing yard. No street lighting, junk yards and construction sites littered Rountree Rd.Property Manager Responded
