I just moved in January 2024. I love the apartment, complex, neighborhood. Very quiet, and secure. My apartment was newly renovated, updated. Its very spacious. BUGS, THEFT, SMELLY, UNSAFE DONT RUIN A YEAR OF YOUR LIFE

We kill around 5 bugs a day. Ive tried everything to get rid of them and no luck. The building smells horrible. Be careful not to park your car outside because it may be stolen. There is NO Security cameras. The outside doors DO NOT LOCK. The only door that locks is the front one.

horrible nasty rude management

I lived here for 3 years on my last year leasing they got under new management they were rude and nasty and didn’t do anything to help the mold problem and bug problem in my apartment and my daughter had asthma and was having medical problems because of it then the neighbors where terrible constantly arguing and fighting and police would always be at the complex then they gave me a hassle for my rental history and basically said if I didn’t move within the 30 days because I got my Rental history ...
I’d still had to be out my apartment because they already put it on the website to be leased luckily I found a house for me and my two lil girls I had paid the prorated amount even tho we moved out a month before I dont recommend them at all This was a horrible experience

This place has gotten so bad. There is a horrible roach infestation in the entire building and property management only has excuses and no solutions. They never upkeep the building so the hallways are disgusting. For example there has been a hotdog on the ground since the 4th of July and it is now 8/8. They don’t enforce the trash policy so people will leave trash outside their doors well before the put out time. All in all a trifling place to live so stay away.

Half way through my lease we had to move apartments due to uncontrollable mold. Told management that we had mold and needed to get out immediately. Took a month to get us out, had to hire Servpro on my own to come out and tell me if it was safe or not, it wasn't and the building had mold all in the interior walls. Complex just painted over and put a new family in it shortly after. Asked for rent compensation and was shewed away like a fly. -completely unsatisfied tenant

I've lived here for 16 years, washer and cures are sub par... I can't get my carpet replaced. Finally I've asked for year to have an awning put up over the back door to keep from getting wet during rain as you enter the building. A/c is sub par as well.
