WHOLE BUILDING INFESTED WITH ROACHES
October 4, 2021The good manager quit, the maintenance team then quit, and a mass exodus of people moved out. This is all within the past three months. The building is infested with roaches to the point that you can’t even keep food in your cabinets unless it’s locked in a plastic tub. Orkin comes to spray but it does nothing and mgmt doesn’t live in the building so he doesn’t care. This building needs to be reported.Review from Apartments.com

New Management has improved property :)
January 29, 2020Alto Nido's new management has made strides to make common living spaces such as the gym, laundry room and lobby be comfortable for everyone. Parking is still annoying around area but if you Uber its easy to get around. Ubers respond within minutes in Hollywood area. Building has several cameras that make building safe for residents as well.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches, neighbors playing music at night.
December 26, 2019It is a terribly managed building with management nut answering calls and ignoring service requests. For months I've waited for pest control. Neighbors downstairs play loud music & leave trash in hallway. Parking situation os horrible as well. Management promised a parking to be included with rent price but it was a lie.Review from Apartments.com
