1. Smell weeds everywhere 2.Does not have enough light surrounding the building. 3. Parking space not available in the weekend. 4. Draining system is very old. 5. Manager doesn’t take maintenance requests seriously. 6. Noisy neighbors live around here because they allowed everyone to lease.

I recently stayed here very first apartment very noisy the pool wasnt locked,it wasn't always cleaned everyone came to swim there even if they didn't stay because the gate wasn't locked.I worked nights thank god cause there wasn't enough parking especially on Weekend. I had a bug issue when I moved in I ended up takibg care of the issue on my own after waiting on them to resolve it and they never did. Upon moving out my carpet was professionally cleaned a little less than a month before and I was ...

charged a extra 45 saying I had stains I reported mold in the apartment in Dec never taking care of but I got charged 30 do not taking care of that but I'm renting from a company that should be there issue overall staff is decent the manager Gail Is very nasty and has a bad attitude she was no help in resolving my concerns or issues.

Management is very rude. My daughter lives here and management has been so rude in helping her fix things. She tried asking for someone over them and they hang the phone up in her face... can someone tell me how to contact the head of these apartments
