Good apartments for first time renters. I’ve lived over here for almost 2 years. The complex is under new management and Toni is very nice as well as the maintenance staff. I’m not sure about other apartments but mine looked a little different than the model. It’s generally a quiet area with the exception of some people speeding down S’port Barksdale hwy and Clyde Fant at night. always clean just make sure you load your card before the office closes. The pools are well maintained all throughout the year. The trash in the back piles up fairly quickly. The lights on the side of the building are very dim at night, and the parking lot isn’t light up well either. Most residents park in guest spaces to avoid walking a longer distance to their apartment, so your company may not have a place to park. Neighbors are friendly. The walk in closets are HUGE!!! There is an issue with stray cats. The apartments are a bit older but I do believe the management and staff are doing everything they can to update the property in a timely manner as best as they can.
