Do not move here!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
November 30, 2017The apartments are decent sizes but management is absolutely horrible and will help you with nothing. They do not honor their services. We moved in being told our apartment was downstairs and that they had a fitness center as well. Neither of those things were true. They also lied to us about the pet policy when we first moved in, telling us we couldn't have animals but after reading our lease we found out that was not true. While swimming in the pool which is almost never cleaned I had hair ...floating by me and it started to latch onto my arms and chest. DISGUSTING! Also Management is rude and completely unprofessional. I have caught her yelling at her maintenance workers right in front of me, she has raised her voice at me on several occasions when I was asking simple questions and will literally tell you when something that they provide isn't working that it isn't her problem and to call the number yourself. She gets pissed off if she has to leave her chair in her office. If u want better management then you should not move in here. Oh yeah also they do not keep up on maintenance and are very quick to blame you for their problems so that they don't have to pay for anything.Property Manager Responded
March 8, 2018I can only say we are truly sorry if you are unhappy in any way. We want your stay at Chateau De Ville to be a pleasant one. We would love the opportunity to be able to rectify any issues you might have while living here. Please take a moment of your time to come see us in the office so that we are able to apologize for anything you felt we have not been honest about. Our recreation room has been open since Dec 2017, you should go take a look. We became pet friendly just a few short months ago and we would love the opportunity to go the over the restrictions we have so you can locate the right fur baby for your family. I apologize for having a dirty pool while you swam, we are doing all we can to make your swimming experience more enjoyable in the future. Our laundry machines are the only machines we have on property that we have no legal right to repair or replace on our own. They belong to All Valley and they rent out the 4 rooms for their machines. I am sorry if we seemed as if we ...didn't care about them, but we have been instructed to inform the residents how and who to call for repairs. Their number is clearly posted on the walls with instructions on how to report problems. Again, I apologize if I have ever made you feel unwelcomed in my office. Please allow me the opportunity to make living here better for you and your family, if you are still a current resident of course.

Not safe
November 1, 2017The neighborhood is very not very safe. We hear gun shots at night. The maintenance is on sight and fairly quick. Management makes a great an effort to know the renters. Our cars get scratched because there is only street parking and it's always packed and hard to find parking in the evening. Kids jump on the cars etc. I do not recommend this place.Property Manager Responded
March 8, 2018First, thank you so much for your kind words regarding the staff here. We do appreciate it when residents are honest with how they feel, good or bad. Yes, parking is problem. We always try to be as honest as we can about it. We have been in contact with the City of Anaheim to see what can we do as the landlords and owners to help with the parking. Now it's a matter of waiting for the City of Anaheim to come up with their plans and hope that it's for the better. I know we've had some issues with the surrounding neighborhood but we hope you feel comfortable living on our property. We've gated our community and are upgrading all the lighting. Not too mention, Anaheim Police Department and I are always working together on how to make the rest of the neighborhood safer for everyone. I can't control the owners or residents from the surrounding area but I do my part in contacting the police when I see or hear problems. We hope you would be willing to recommend our community in future and share ...your experiences with others. Thank you for your honest opinion of Chateau De Ville. Let us know if there's anything we can do to help make your living experience a great one, aside from parking of course. If I could build more parking, I would do it in a heartbeat!

WE WERE UNSURE WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND WHAT WE CAN AFFORD SO WE FOUND CHATEAU DE VILLE APARTMENTS . THEY LOOKED PERFECT ! SO WE BOTH DECIDED TO LOOK AROUND THE PLACE FIRST . THEN WE WE'ER LIKEING WHAT WE WE'ER SEEING SO WE WENT TO THE OFFICE AND TALK TO THE MANAGEMENT AND FOR SOME REASON WE REALIZED THAT WE WALKED IN THE OFFICE AND CAME OUT WITH A NEW SET OF ...KEYS FOR OUR NEW PLACE ! Perfect Apt and Management
July 31, 2015I've lived here for years and it is close to shopping, theaters, and malls. The outdoor spaces and common areas are maintained well, the grass always trimmed and flowers planted in the front on a regular basis. There are outdoor bbq grills and a pool/weight room for residents, and parking is secured on the inside of the complex. The management is responsive to maintenance requests and the office is even open on Saturdays. There is even a security patrol so I've always felt safe!Review from Apartments.com
