Your experience will depend on your apartment. Ours was facing the cul-de-sac behind us and unfortunately, the people who live in those houses are loud and inconsiderate. There were barking dogs 24/7, loud music all day and night, and barbeque smell filling up my apartment at 10pm. The sun also hits this side of the building and make it very hot. neighbors, but some people just don't care. Ultimately, the building is well maintained and looked after just a bit of an older building. Cars driving by shake the floor, the smoke detectors go off constantly every time you slightly burn something, and you can hear EVERYTHING. Your upstairs neighbors, your next door neighbors. The wait for the elevator can be long since there's only one. The laundry facility is a huge plus, lots of washers and dryers and it's rarely full. For the price, it's not a bad place to rent, but you get what you pay for in some respects.
