Hot Garbage
September 7, 2022If you want to live in trash and among the roaches! The management is horrible. They charge for services they don’t provide. They have no amenities so I’m not sure why this website is false advertisingProperty Manager Responded

Nice
April 4, 2017I haven't had any problems and I have been living here since February of 2016. Every time I need something fixed, maintenance comes in a timely manner. I have never had a problem with management. The people that work in the office are really nice and respectful. The only thing that can be a hassle is parking depending on the time of night you come home but there is covered parking you can pay for but it hasn't been a big problem for me so I wouldn't bother paying an extra 50 or 75 bucks for it.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Place
June 13, 2016PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! The apartments are disgusting it trash everywhere. Rhonda in the leasing office is the most deceitful and disgusting person I have ever met. She sent out eviction notices for everyone as soon as she started. It's horrible. The maintenance men just hang out they don't fix anything. The parking is Extremely Horrible. Chateaux Normandie
August 14, 2015These apartments are great for family. There is a small pool. The location is perfect for any commute, the bus line and quick access to the freeway. There are stores and many mini outlets in the area. The apartment complex is small and the office management works with you in a quick and timely manner. The grounds are well kept. There is on site maintenance. There is little noise, I can barely hear my neighbors. There are no people hanging around outside. I would recommend this complex to ...anyone.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartments
November 11, 2014The Maintenance Crew is helpful, quick, very professional and polite. Office Staff is always smiling. The Officer living on site keeps things in order and does his job when called. The apartments are nice, kept up to date with their bathrooms and kitchens. The only complaint I have is parking.
