Loud music, trash everywhere, parking is horrible, outdated appliances, people work on their cars like it’s a mechanic shop, people double park, bed bugs is a huge issue as well

So far, I haven't had any issues at all. I'm loving my new space and all the amenities that Chatham Court has to offer like the fitness center and the two pools! I can't wait to decorate and really make it a home.

The rooms are spacious and the carpeting in 2 bedroom apartments is really great. It would’ve been even better if the washer dryer was included inside the apartment

I've had an absolutely wonderful experience living at Chatham Court and Reflections on McCallum Blvd in Dallas. It is ok. I wish they would control parking, pests and noise issues better. The grounds are constantly messy and littered with broken glass. It has really gone down hill since we moved in just last year.

Being an international student, the overall quality of service I had was amazing. I had to buy the apartment on a date earlier date than my intended date of arrival and however the leasing agents were super friendly and helpfull.
