August 5, 2024I've had an absolutely wonderful experience living at Chatham Court and Reflections on McCallum Blvd in Dallas. The community is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and well-kept amenities that truly make it feel like home. The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. The location is perfect, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and major highways, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood ...is quiet and peaceful, which makes it a great place to relax after a busy day. I particularly appreciate the sense of safety and security I feel here, and the friendly neighbors add to the community's warm atmosphere. July 31, 2024It is ok. I wish they would control parking, pests and noise issues better. The grounds are constantly messy and littered with broken glass. It has really gone down hill since we moved in just last year.Property Manager Responded
